Scitech is progressing well through its mid-term review and we are excited by the recommendations it holds for our future. The report also confirms our effectiveness in operating a comprehensive science centre - a successful business model which is often asked about worldwide.

One of these occasions was during a recent business trip to China where I was lucky enough to visit Guangdong Science Centre which covers a huge 137,500m² (that’s about 23 times the size of Scitech)! We also travelled to the Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum (32,000m²) in Hangzhou to conduct a two-day workshop in science communication and science centre management where our Scitech team gave some advice and recommendations to this relatively new science centre.

I would be keen to hear your thoughts in the comments below about the best science centre you’ve ever visited!
