Blood donations not in vain

Many organisations drew blood over the last two months for the Red Cross' Club Red Winter Challenge.

Scitech staff managed to donate enough whole blood and plasma to achieve second place in their Winter Challenge category. Organisations participating in the challenge were placed into different categories based on their number of employees.

A little friendly competition can go a long way, and this competition has a lot of winners - one blood donation can be responsible for saving up to three lives.
