About the role
The Manager Strategy and Enterprise Performance supports and leads a variety of strategic efforts inclusive of playing a pivotal role in building annual, medium and long-term strategic plans to deliver on the New Scitech strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role will include
Â· Implement a robust strategic planning process and prioritisation framework and ensure its adoption across the organisation;
Â· Lead strategic projects or programs of work to budget, schedule and quality in support for the New Scitech strategy and implement best practice project management and share knowledge and know-how across the organisation;
Â· Work with the Executive Leadership Team and managers to identify business performance indicators and targets, and track delivery against strategic and operational goals; and
Â· Developand manage the businessâ€™s performance indicator infrastructure, systems and processes to facilitate analysis and reporting of enterprise performance.
You will have a tertiary qualification in business with sound knowledge and experience working in a corporate strategic position with direct exposure to senior management and strategy formulation. You will also be able todemonstratethe following:
Â· Experience creating a wide range of impactful analysis reports, communications and engaging presentations.
Â· Experienced collaborator with the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships both internally and externally to drive strategic outcomes.
Â· Demonstrated attention to detail, with exceptional analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills.
Â· Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and self-motivation.
