DIY Science Kits – Aboriginal Education Program

Everything you need to run engaging, hands-on science lessons – inspired by the people, landscapes and culture of WA’s regional and remote Aboriginal communities.

You have reached the main content region of the page.

On hire now.

Our Aboriginal Education Program (AEP) DIY Science Kits have been developed with a cultural awareness of the people and landscapes of our regional and remote Aboriginal communities.

We believe all children should have the opportunity to be inspired and excited about STEM. It’s why our AEP team is passionate about providing teachers in remote communities with everything you need to run informative, culturally relevant science lessons.

Through support from the WA Government, BHP, Chevron Australia and Rio Tinto, our easy-to-use kits have been aligned to the curriculum and cover four topics: Biological, Chemical, Earth & Space, and Physical Sciences.

The kits are designed to help you inspire children to learn about STEM, and how it has a big influence on the world around them.

By bringing the latest STEM advancements and resources to people on country, we’re taking Scitech to some of WA’s most breathtaking and remote locations.
