Education Initiative
Team up with other regional and remote schools across WA to submit important weather data to Scitech for a whole term! You’ll receive equipment to measure your local minimum and maximum temperature, rainfall, wind direction and cloud types.
Plenty of teaching resources are included to inspire your students to understand why weather forecasting is so important, with opportunities to develop Science Inquiry Skills.
There’s the chance to have your school weather data reported on the GWN7 local weather report once a week for the whole term!
The equipment and resources are yours to keep after the term has finished.
