Calling all thinkers and tinkers. Get involved with our new Tinkering Space, encouraging curious minds to Think, Make, Try and Refine ideas with self-guided DIY activities.

With an epic Lego wall, a giant marble run and other tinker toys such as a collaborative DIY loom, you won’t be stuck for inspiration. And our staff are here to guide you.

Plus, provided there’s adult supervision, you and your family or school can roam free and play with Lego, a giant marble run, collaborative DIY loom and Polydrons.


Good to know:

  • Ideal for children aged 7+ with their families.
  • Activities change regularly and include construction, electronics, textiles and coding.
  • Activities often match holiday theme or feature exhibition.
  • Regular drop-in, hands-on activities facilitated by Scitech staff. No bookings required, included in entry.
