Woah, it's a willy willy! 💨 . This dusty vortex of air can occur on hot days when the sun heats up the ground. The hot air expands and rapidly rises through cooler, denser air and any sideways movement, like a gust of wind, creates a twisting spiral column. It's been a busy week for these Future Health Professionals! 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ . From intensive practical workshops including suturing, infant emergency care and surgical scrubs, to conversations with health professionals like Prof. Fiona Wood, participating Year 11 & 12 students have gained valuable hands-on experience in medical health. . We're always so proud to work on this positive and impactful program with Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, helping shape students' STEM careers in health and medical science.
