Have you ever wanted to explore the microscopic world? Discover the fascinating world of bacteria as you sort good microbes from bad in a game of Bacteria Bingo, prepare your own microscope slides and investigate tiny organisms using our high-powered microscopes.

Have you ever wanted to explore the microscopic world? In this workshop you will discover all things microscopic. You will sort the good bacteria from the bad bacteria in our bacteria bingo game, prepare your own slides to look at yoghurt under a microscope and get to use our high-powered travel microscope to investigate different bacteria.

Suitable for children aged 8-13 years. Please wear enclosed shoes on the day. 

Refunds will not be offered unless 48 hours’ notice is given.

Each The Kids Institute Workshop ticket also allows general entry to Scitech for your Junior Scientist. Adult tickets can be purchased separately.
