Students can sometimes misunderstand the concepts behind an experiment in the classroom. Whether it’s from a text book or a set of instructions, there are ways to make even the most routine experiment engaging and thought provoking.
This workshop looks at how to get students to conduct inquiry based practical activities, from formulating their own questions for exploration to really thinking about the ‘what’ and ‘why’ behind science experiments.
