Scitech’s Future Makers program is all about getting young Western Australians excited about how science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) skills are shaping the future of the defence industry.
Through hands-on workshops, STEM challenges and career fairs, students will see how their skills can solve real-world problems and open doors to awesome careers. The program also brings parents and teachers into the conversation, helping them learn about defence industry career options and how they can support students along the way.
Get ready for an action-packed day of discovery and hands-on learning with the Future Makers excursion! Students will roll up their sleeves in a practical innovation workshop solving real-world challenges, enjoy a captivating planetarium show, and have plenty of time to explore engaging exhibits at their own pace.
