Join us afterhours on May 8th, as Scitech and Billy Stitch Distillery come together to bring you a thrilling evening where Science and Curiosity are paired with delicious drinks and glowing work of arts!
Your Sip ‘n’ Science ticket unlocks exclusive after-hours access to our our Here, There and Everywhere gallery as well as our feature exhibition Explore your World – both reimagined for adults, with a drink in hand and great company all around!

Billy Stitch Distillery Gin Workshop
An award-winning distillery from Kwinana with a passion for perfection. Billy Stitch joins us at Sip ‘n’ Science to discuss all the scientific process of distilling one of the most beloved spirits in the world: Gin!
Talk to the distillers themselves, have a cheeky taste and uncover all the secrets behind an award-winning Gin! Upgrade your ticket to gain access to this exciting workshop.

Scitech UV Paint ‘n’ Sip Workshop
We all know the worldwide trend of Paint ‘n’ Sip: you and your friends will be walked through basic painting techniques while enjoying a beautiful glass of wine in an intimate setting. At the end of it all, the product is not only a gorgeous painting, but rather, a new appreciation for art and sharing a drink. Want to make that even more fun? Join us for UV Paint ‘n’ Sip. Learn how to paint in the dark using UV paint and stencils, all surrounded by your favourite people and favourite drinks! Upgrade your ticket to gain access to this workshop.
