Welcome to Sip ‘n’ Science; Scitech’s brand-new 18+ event series, where we sip our way through learning the science behind the finer things in life, starting with Wine making!
Join us afterhours on November 21st, as Scitech and Ampersand Estates come together to bring you an interactive workshop exploring the fascinating science behind winemaking.
During your 60-minute workshop you’ll swirl, sniff and sip your way through the science that makes every glass of wine so special. From grape to glass, uncover the processes, chemistry and creativity that transforms fruit into one of the world’s most celebrated beverages. Along the way, enjoy tastings that highlight the journey of wine and the science at play in every sip. Outside of your workshop explore our newly opened Here, There and Everywhere gallery!

Age: 18+ (valid photo ID is required for entry)
Cost: $70 each
Scitech member cost: $62 each (Proof of valid Scitech membership must be shown)
