Join us afterhours on November 21st, as Scitech and Margaret River winery Miles from Nowhere come together to bring you an interactive workshop exploring the fascinating science behind winemaking.
During your 60-minute workshop you’ll swirl, sniff and sip your way through the science that makes every glass of wine so special. From grape to glass, uncover the processes, chemistry and creativity that transforms fruit into one of the world’s most celebrated beverages. Along the way, enjoy tastings that highlight the journey of wine and the science at play in every sip. Outside of your workshop explore our newly opened Here, There and Everywhere gallery!
